Racing to a 21-4 first quarter lead, the Lady Greyhounds cruised the rest of the game for a 66-36 victory Saturday at National Park College in Hot Springs.
ASU Mid-South (14-1, 4-1) got 17 points from Kaylan Larry and 11 points each from Meleanna Williams and Keiana Delaney as their defense gave them a 40-14 lead at the half. Aaliyah Lee dominated the boards with 12 rebounds as she and Ashley Pegue scored 8 points each, and Cierra Penn scored 7 points.
Next up for the 15th-ranked Lady Greyhounds is a rematch with St. Louis Community College Monday at The Dog House. The women tipoff the action at 5:30pm followed by the men at 7:30pm.
