The Lady Greyhounds posted a season-high for points scored and held their opponent to a season-low point total in taking a 99-37 victory Monday over the Crowley's Ridge College Lady Pioneers JV at The Dog House.

Leading 15-7 after the first quarter, ASU Mid-South broke the game open with a 25-6 run in the second quarter, then ran away with the game by scoring 59 second-half points. Defensively, the Lady Greyhounds posted season-bests by limiting the Lady Pioneers to 16.7% shooting from the field including just 1-of-18 (5.6%) from the three-point line. In addition, ASU Mid-South dominated the boards, 55-34, and forced 34 turnovers that were turned into 43 points.
Aryah Hazley led all scorers with 23 points while Lakeycia Bables scored 17, and both totaled 4 rebounds and 4 assists each. Kassandra Martinez finished with 14 points including 4-of-6 from behind the arc, and Jazzmen Robinson recorded a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Kayla Griffin and Ashley Hopkins scored 12 points each with Hopkins getting the double-double by adding 11 rebounds.
ASU Mid-South (7-3) next hosts Dyersburg State Community College Saturday at 2:00pm. The Lady Greyhounds took a 77-46 win in their previous matchup November 9 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The men will follow the women's game at 4:00pm.
