Northeast Grounds Lady Greyhounds at the End

Battling to within two points to start the fourth quarter, the Lady Greyhounds just couldn't finish as Northeast Mississippi Community College came away with an 82-70 victory Tuesday in Booneville, Mississippi.

Sable Greer led ASU Mid-South with 18 points while Alesha Penister put in 17, Raven Morrow scored 16, and Samantha Jackson finished with 13 points to go with a game-high 20 rebounds, her third double-double in a row and second game this season with at least 20 boards.

Next up is a trip to Fulton, Mississippi, on Thursday to take on Itawamba Community College. Tipoff is at 5:30pm with the men's game to follow at 7:30pm.
