The 17th-ranked Lady Pioneers used a 14-4 fourth quarter for the comeback after trailing 53-47 at the end of the third quarter. ASU Mid-South ended up shooting only 34% from the field and hit only five of 30 three-pointers in the loss.
Sable Greer led the Lady Greyhounds with 18 points and five rebounds, and Raven Morrow finished with 13 points on 4-of-8 shooting from the arc. Alesha Penister led the team with six rebounds to go with nine points while Jabrisha Hawkins dished out three assists.
The Lady Greyhounds return to the friendly confines of The Dog House Monday as they host Holmes Community College with tipoff scheduled for 6:00pm.
