Lady Greyhounds Sign Three
The Lady Greyhounds have added three signees for the 2017-18 season.
The Lady Greyhounds have added three signees for the 2017-18 season, signing Joelysa Spencer (pictured left with father) and Zanndrea Watkins from Melrose High School in Memphis and Imani Fletcher (pictured right) from Osceola, Arkansas.
Spencer and Watkins both played at Melrose for Coach Michael House with Spencer (5'3" guard) garnering MLK All-Tournament honors and being named Most Athletic her senior year after lettering all four years of high school. Watkins (5'9" forward; pictured below with mother) joined her teammate as one of the top players on her team and will give the Lady Greyhounds a versatile forward next season.
Fletcher (5'3" guard) led Osceola to a 23-8 record and the state tournament quarterfinals her senior season for head coach Nakeia Guiden. Fletcher earned All-Conference honors as the Lady Seminoles won the district championship.
