ASU Mid-South overcame a dismal shooting night by forcing 38 turnovers which produced 26 more shots, and also took the advantage by gathering 22 offensive rebounds while holding the Lady Pioneers to just nine.
Javia Wilson led the way with 18 points while Alesha Penister finished with 17 points and a game-high six steals. Summer Abram and Taylor Simmons each chipped in 12 points while Teiangula Boston controlled the boards with a game-high 12 rebounds.
The Lady Greyhounds return to The Dog House Monday, December 11, as they host Northeast Mississippi Community College in the first game of a double-header. The women tipoff at 5:30pm followed by the men at 7:30pm.
