Summer Abram led the way with 19 points and Taylor Simmons finished with 17 while Alesha Penister scored nine of her 14 points in the fourth quarter to go with nine rebounds and a game-high five assists. De'Janice Hamilton pulled down 12 rebounds to go with six points.
ASU Mid-South shot only 32.3% from the field for the game but capitalized on forcing 20 turnovers while only committing 13. They also helped themselves with 17 offensive rebounds.
The Lady Greyhounds hit the road to play Dyersburg State Community College Monday before traveling to Fulton, Mississippi, to take on Itawamba Community College Thursday. The next home game is an NJCAA Region 2 matchup against rival North Arkansas College on Saturday, January 20.
