Lady Greyhounds Place Four on All-Region Team
The Lady Greyhounds placed four student-athletes on the All-Region team for NJCAA Region 2.

Sable Greer and Alesha Penister were named to the First Team, and Summer Abram and Teiangula Boston were named to the Second Team.
Greer, 5-foot, 8-inch guard from West Memphis High School, earned All-Region honors as a freshman and led the Lady Greyhounds in scoring this season, averaging 17.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.3 steals per game with game highs of 27 points, 13 rebounds, 9 assists and 7 steals.
A 5-foot, 10-inch guard from England High School in Arkansas, Penister was key to the Lady Greyhounds' success as a freshman, earning All-Region honors. This season she averaged 14.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, and team-highs in both assists and steals, averaging 3.4 assists and 3.2 steals per game. She also registered a rare triple-double on November 30 with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a win over Itawamba Community College.
Abram, a 5-foot, 6-inch guard from West Memphis High School, is a two-year letter winner for the Lady Greyhounds. This season she averaged 10.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.1 steals and hit a team-high 49 three-pointers with high games of 20 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals.
A 6-foot forward from Marion High School, Boston transferred to play her sophomore year with the Lady Greyhounds. This season she averaged 9.5 points, a team-high 9.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game with high games of 19 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists per game.
The Lady Greyhounds finished the season 10-15 under Interim Head Coach Dwayne McCray.
