ASU Mid-South trailed 29-28 at the half but fought back to lead 49-44 after the third period, but the Lady Rangers exploded for a 19-6 advantage to seal the win. The Lady Greyhounds held Ranger to just 36.1% shooting from the field and controlled the boards 41-33, but 25 turnovers hurt their cause.
Aaliyah Lee led ASU Mid-South with 22 points and 10 rebounds, and Cierra Penn finished with 11 points and a team-high 3 assists before fouling out.
The Lady Greyhounds (3-5) return to The Dog House tomorrow, hosting Williams Baptist University JV in a double-header with the men's team. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30pm with the men set at 7:30pm.
