Leading until the final minute of the fourth quarter, the Lady Greyhounds lost two starters to fouls within a 10-second span, then lost the lead in the last 2 minutes as they fell 70-67 on the road in a battle of NJCAA Top 20 teams in Harrison, Arkansas.

Starters Aaliyah Lee and Cierra Penn both fouled out midway through the fourth quarter and the Lady Greyhounds leading. But North Arkansas came back to take the lead inside a minute to play and hit free throws down the stretch to secure the victory.
Meleanna Williams scored 19 points and had 3 of the Lady Greyhounds' 6 steals while Aaliyah Lee scored 11 points to go with 5 rebounds. Alindavia Lockett collected a team-high 12 boards as she and Kaylan Larry scored 8 points each. Cierra Penn finished with 9 points in only 20 minutes due to foul trouble.
ASU Mid-South, currently ranked 8th in the nation, dropped their first game of the season and falls to 11-1 overall and 2-1 in Region 2 play while 18th-ranked North Arkansas is now 9-1 overall and 3-0 in region play.
The Lady Greyhounds return to The Dog House Monday for a matchup with Dyersburg State Community College before hosting region foe SAU Tech Thursday.
