ASU Mid-South led 27-12 at the half before exploding for 29 third-quarter points to put the game out of reach entering the final period, shooting 43.3% from the field and limiting the Lady Pioneers to just 22.6% for the game.
Alindavia Lockett led the Lady Greyhounds with 10 rebounds to go with 5 points, Reed dished out a game-high 6 assists, and Meleanna Williams took 3 steals to go with 7 points and 4 boards. Aaliyah Lee and Hannah Boling also scored 7 points each while Delaney pulled down 7 boards to go with her 11 points.
The Lady Greyhounds (1-0) hit the road Friday at Mississippi Delta Community College before traveling to Northeast Mississippi Community College Monday night in a doubleheader with the men's team.
