Lady Greyhounds Drop Final Game Of 2024
In the final game of the season for the Lady Greyhounds, ASU Mid-South traveled to Booneville, Mississippi to take on Northeast Mississippi. ASU Mid-South only had 5 eligible players, and the Lady Tigers took full advantage until the final buzzer.

It was a tough day for ASU Mid-South as Northeast Mississippi jumped on them quick and often. The Lady Tigers came out pressing trying to tire this Greyhound team down and they did just that causing ASU Mid-South to commit 38 turnovers in a 40 minute game. The Lady Tigers would keep their foot on the gas the entire game. Northeast Mississippi led ASU Mid-South 53-23 at halftime. The second half was much like the first as the Lady Tigers continued to get steals and convert them into points outscoring ASU Mid-South 61-20 in the 2nd half.
Northeast Mississippi had 6 players in double figures. Katelyn Leavy with 20, Kamiyha Griffin with 14, Audria Houston, Jakeria Hawkins and Maniya Kirksey all scored 12 while Nakyiah Walker scored 10.
London Robinson scored 18 to lead ASU Mid-South, while Charalyn Rester scored 11, and Lula-Jae Tranfaglia scored 10.
The Lady Greyhounds move to 0-12 on the year. ASU Mid-South returns to action January 6th as they travel to Camden, Arkansas to take on SAU Tech. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30.
