Leading 27-25 at the break, the Greyhounds found themselves up 55-54 with just under 3 minutes left in the game, but Three Rivers finished the game with a 14-4 run to sew up the win.
Playing their fourth game in six days, the Greyhounds gave up 17 offensive rebounds while shooting a dismal 16.7% (2-of-12) from the three-point line despite hitting 3-of-3 free throws, all by Je'marion Westbrook who finished with 7 points.
Braxtyn McCuien and Jailen Anderson led the Greyhound scoring with 12 points each with McCuien also pulling down a team-high 7 rebounds and Anderson dishing out a game-high 5 assists.
ASU Mid-South (6-3) now has a week off for the Thanksgiving holiday before traveling to Northwest Mississippi Community College Monday, November 28. The Greyhounds then play three home games in a row on December 3, 10, and 13, before playing their final game on the road at St. Louis Community College December 17.
