Bio

Lynn enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Greyhounds.

Jalen began his collegiate playing career here at ASU Mid-South in the 2018-19 season. Jalen is the first and only 1,000 point scorer in school history (1,172), and also the first and only player to score 40 or more points in a single game which he accomplished twice, (40 and 41). Jalen also holds the most 3 pointers made in a game, when he was 12-15 from 3 against West Kentucky, January 31, 2019. Lynn was a two time 1st Team All-Region Player, as well as a Third Team All-American in his Sophomore season. 

After his two seasons as a Greyhound, Lynn signed to University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, where he appeared in 24 games notching 14 starts. In his lone year with the Lions, Lynn averaged 7.1 points per game with a season high of 14, while shooting an outstanding 37.8% from 3. Lynn would then transfer to NCAA Division II, Southern Nazarene in Bethany, Oklahoma for his final 2 years of eligibility. While with the Crimson Tide, Lynn would appear in 59 games making 52 starts. He would go on to average 5.9 points per game in his two seasons in Oklahoma. Lynn would go on to help Southern Nazarene to an 48-15 overall record, and an NCAA Division II National Tournament Sweet 16 Appearance. 

Lynn would go on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from SNU. He will also be working as a College Career Coach, with West Memphis School District.
