Lady Greyhounds Fall to Fouls in St. Louis
The Lady Greyhounds came out on the wrong side of the foul count as the St. Louis Community College Lady Archers collected a 66-54 home win Wednesday in St. Louis.

Despite shooting 37.9% from the field to the Lady Archers' 29.3%, and hitting 29.4% from the three-point line to the Lady Archers' 12.5%, the Lady Greyhounds were flagged for 24 fouls to St. Louis' 8 and shot just 7 free throws to the home team's 33. St. Louis took advantage of the charity stripe by hitting 30-of-33 (90.9%) while ASU Mid-South hit 5-for-7 (71.4%).
The Lady Greyhounds held a 42-39 lead entering the fourth quarter, but St. Louis scored 27 points in the final period to take the win.
Adrianne Chambers led ASU Mid-South 13 points and Kaylan Larry scored 10 points and they both pulled down 6 rebounds along with Jaquita Caldwell. Aaliyah Lee collected a team-high 7 boards to go with 4 points and 2 blocked shots.
The Lady Greyhounds travel to SAU Tech Saturday in a Region 2 double-header with the men before returning to The Dog House Monday for a home double-header against UA Cossatot.
