Jumping out to a 19-9 first quarter lead, ASU Mid-South used a potent defense to finish off the half to give up only 17 points in the first 20 minutes. The 39-17 lead only increased the rest of the way as the Lady Greyhounds posted 25 and 27 points in the third and fourth quarters, respectively.
Shooting 43.5% from the field and 43.8% from the three-point line, the Lady Greyhounds saw all 10 players score, led by Aaliyah Lee and Keiana Delaney with 13 points each. Kaylan Larry and Alindavia Lockett scored 11 points each with Larry dishing out a game-high 6 assists and Lockett pulling down a game-high 14 rebounds. Meleanna Williams scored 10 points, Cierra Penn finished with 9, and Tashlee Milow and Caitlyn Lopez scored 8 points each.
The Lady Greyhounds (7-0), currently ranked #16 in the latest NJCAA National Rankings, take an undefeated record into Region 2 play next Saturday as they host North Arkansas College at 12:00pm.
