ASU Mid-South took a commanding 37-21 lead at the break and then raced to another 47 points in the second half using a 55-24 rebounding advantage. The Greyhounds also shot 45.2% from the field and an outstanding 81.3% from the free throw line to help their cause.
Chris Smith led the charge with 16 points and 10 rebounds for his third double-double of the season, and Trevor Banks matched him with 12 points and 11 rebounds for his second of the year. Keshaun Davis came off the bench for 13 points while Jerrick Cole hit for 10 points and Dee Montgomery dished out a game-high six assists as all 11 Greyhounds scored.
Next up is a home matchup Thursday as West Kentucky visits The Dog House looking for their second consecutive win in West Memphis after last year's 96-89 victory. The Greyhounds will be looking to extend their win streak to a record-tying five wins in a row. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:00pm.
