The Greyhounds raced past Williams Baptist University JV behind 26 points from Ike Moore for a 93-58 victory Monday at The Dog House.
ASU Mid-South (17-6) took a 39-28 halftime lead, but scored 54 second-half points as Caleb Henry and Jalen Sasser each scored 9 points to go with Moore's 13 in the second frame.
Moore, a 6'3" freshman from Fort Smith, Arkansas, shot 10-for-13 from the field and 5-of-7 from the 3-point line. Sasser finished with 15 points off the bench, Henry scored 11, and Kamari Marrs chipped in 10 points. Zach Byrd also scored 10 to go with a game-high 10 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season, and Shaheed Halk led both teams with 9 assists.
The Greyhounds continue their homestand Thursday night in a Valentine's Day matchup with National Park College out of Hot Springs at 6:00pm before welcoming UA Cossatot to The Dog House Saturday at 2:00pm.
