Two Greyhounds Move On to NAIA Powerhouse

Greyhound sophomores Christian White and Garret Finley have signed with Central Baptist College (CBC) in Conway, Arkansas, for the 2020-21 season.
White, a 6'7" forward from Jacksonville, Arkansas, earned Second Team All-Region honors as a freshman before averaging 8.1 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game as a sophomore, shooting 53.1% from the field and hitting the only three-pointer he took for his career. He also holds the single-game record for blocked shots, registering 6 blocks twice in his Greyhound career.
Finley, a 6'7" forward from Judsonia, Arkansas, averaged 7.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game while shooting 48.5% from the field, 39.4% from the three-point line and 81.3% from the free throw line. The sharp-shooter had high games of 19 points (three times) and 10 rebounds.
The pair helped the Greyhounds to consecutive NJCAA Region 2 Championships and finished their junior college career with an overall record of 47-17.
Central Baptist College is coming off a 22-9 season that saw them go 16-6 in American Midwest Conference play, win the AMC regular season title, post a 15-1 record at home and was selected for their third straight NAIA National Tournament despite not getting to play at the tournament due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
