Bio

Smith helped lead the Class AA Hawks to a 19-10 record his senior year before falling in the sectional playoffs. He averaged 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals per game and was named to the 14-AA All-District team for head coach Damonn Fuller.

As a junior, he was a starter who helped the Hawks win the 2014 State Championship with a 32-2 record and was named to the All-State Tournament team, playing alongside younger brother and current teammate, Terrandus.

After earning All-District honors on the baseball field three years in a row, Smith signed to play baseball at Texas College in Tyler for the 2015-16 school year. But after consideration, he decided to move back closer to home for the opportunity to team up once again with his brother on the basketball court.
